Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to use a paid NinePane service. By subscribing or using the workspace, you agree to these Terms and the linked policies.

2. Your accounts

You create, verify, secure, and maintain every email address and third-party account used with NinePane. You are responsible for account recovery information, two-factor authentication, profile details, credentials, and compliance with each platform's rules.

You may use from one to nine accounts according to the number of panes you actually need; nine accounts are not required. If you use NinePane on several computers, we recommend assigning each third-party account to one primary NinePane computer rather than signing the same account into every installation. This may reduce login conflicts and verification prompts, but it does not guarantee access or prevent a network-level denial.

NinePane does not create TikTok accounts, bypass verification, restore suspended accounts, guarantee login approval, or promise that multiple simultaneous sessions will be accepted by a third-party platform.

3. Acceptable use

Use NinePane only with accounts and LIVE sessions you own, or for a host or account owner who has expressly agreed to your use of NinePane. Before operating NinePane for another host, you must explain how you intend to use it, obtain that host's permission, follow any limits they set, and stop if permission is withdrawn.

You may not use NinePane for spam, unsolicited or repetitive advertising, high-volume commercial messages, fake or artificial engagement, deceptive or impersonating messages, harassment, prohibited content, evasion of platform safeguards, IP-address rotation or disguise, fake-account creation, unauthorized collection of private information, or any conduct that violates law or third-party terms.

Advertising or promotion is permitted only when the host and platform allow it and when you provide every disclosure required by the platform or applicable law. Assisted comments and fixed replies must be configured and actively supervised. You remain responsible for every account, tap, click, message, promotion, disclosure, and other action performed through your use of NinePane.

NinePane may limit, suspend, or terminate access when it reasonably suspects spam, unauthorized promotion, artificial engagement, harassment, platform evasion, or other misuse.

4. Subscriptions

Core provides one to nine local panes, active-pane Mute, Unmute, Focus, Zoom, Reload, and Auto Tap. Pro adds Master group controls, Smart Reply, Comment Assistant, and activity capture. Paid plans, renewals, cancellation, and refund reviews are governed by the Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy. Material terms will be displayed before checkout, and express consent will be required before recurring charges begin.

Cancellation stops the next renewal but does not remove already-paid access before the current paid period ends. When paid access expires, the website will no longer issue a Connector launch authorization.

5. Availability and changes

NinePane may update features to improve compatibility, safety, or performance. Third-party interfaces and policies can change without notice, which may interrupt panes, logins, activity detection, comments, replies, or other integrations. NinePane does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

6. Security and access

Keep your NinePane account secure and do not share access outside your subscription. The Windows or Mac Connector must be authorized from a signed-in NinePane account each time it is opened. Installing the Connector does not create permanent access. Notify NinePane promptly if you believe an account or payment method has been compromised. NinePane may limit or suspend access to investigate security, abuse, payment, or legal concerns.

7. Ownership

NinePane's source and compiled code, branding, interface expression, documentation, graphics, demonstrations, and original content remain the property of NinePane Studio and its licensors. Access to the service provides a limited right to use it, not ownership or a transfer of intellectual-property rights.

You may not copy protected materials, reproduce or publish substantial portions of the interface, remove ownership notices, distribute the software, sell unauthorized access, or reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it. You retain ownership of content you submit, while granting NinePane the limited rights needed to store, process, and display it for the service you request.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. NinePane is not responsible for user-authored content or actions, failure to obtain a host's permission, disputes with hosts or viewers, third-party account restrictions, lost platform access, verification demands, content removal, platform enforcement, network conditions, or changes made by TikTok or another provider.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Additional jurisdiction-specific terms may be presented when required.
