The browser manages your account and billing. The local Connector runs the real panes and keeps each third-party sign-in on that computer.

The private account page provides the correct Windows x64 or Apple-silicon Mac Connector only to an eligible subscriber or owner.
Install it once
Use Windows 10/11 x64 or an Apple-silicon Mac with macOS 13 or later. If NinePane reports an older version, install the current download over it.
Launch from NinePane
Open your signed-in account in a normal supported browser and approve the prompt to open the Connector.
Use local pane sessions
Sign in once per pane. Pane sessions remain separate and local, but NinePane authorization is never stored permanently.
Access ends correctly
Cancellation keeps access through the paid period. After expiration, NinePane will not issue a launch and the Connector refuses access.
Windows PC and Mac: the current Connector supports Windows 10/11 x64 and Apple-silicon Macs with macOS 13 or later. The Mac build is signed with Apple Developer ID and notarized by Apple. Private or incognito browser windows may suppress the application-opening prompt, so use a normal browser window.
Recommended setup
Give nine panes enough room to work.
These recommendations cover the current Windows and Apple-silicon Mac Connectors. Actual performance varies with pane count, page activity, network conditions, and other programs running at the same time.

27-inch 2560 x 1440 recommended
A 27-inch 1440p monitor gives nine panes and the toolbar practical working space. A 32-inch 4K display or two-monitor setup provides more room. A 13-inch MacBook or 24-inch 1080p display is usable, but the nine-pane view will be compact.
Prepare your accounts first
Finish every account before opening NinePane.
NinePane begins after you have created, verified, configured, and tested the legitimate accounts you intend to use. One account is enough for one pane; you do not need nine accounts.
Prepare only the accounts you need
Use one account for one pane, from 1 to 9. Nine accounts are optional. Prepare one real, accessible email address for each account you intend to use, and keep its recovery information and two-step verification current.
Create each account yourself
Use each prepared email to create its matching TikTok or supported-platform account through the platform’s official website in a normal browser or its official smartphone or tablet app.
Complete required verification
Confirm the email and complete any phone, age, identity, security, or region checks the platform requires. Follow its account limits and rules; NinePane cannot bypass these checks.
Make every profile distinct and truthful
If you prepare more than one optional account, give each one its own legitimate username, display name, profile image, bio, credentials, recovery information, and two-factor authentication. Do not copy one profile across all panes, invent deceptive identities, or impersonate another person or business.
Test and assign each account
Confirm each account works directly, then assign it to one primary NinePane computer. If you use two or three computers, use a different dedicated set of pane accounts on each instead of copying the same sign-ins to every installation.
Then configure NinePane
Sign in to NinePane, choose only the 1–9 panes you need, label them, and sign in to one prepared account per pane. Panes open separately, start muted, and keep their own local sessions.
Your responsibility: create only legitimate accounts you are permitted to own and keep every email, credential, recovery method, profile, and security setting current. Multiple accounts must be used for authentic purposes—not spam, deceptive behavior, fake engagement, or enforcement evasion. A primary-computer assignment can reduce session conflicts, but NinePane cannot create accounts, guarantee login approval, prevent every Access Denied response, remove verification requirements, restore accounts, or override platform limits.

No automatic account creation. Subscribers create and maintain their own legitimate accounts.
No unique-IP promise. NinePane will not rotate or disguise addresses to evade platform controls.
Rate limits and deduplication. Assisted tools will use cooldowns and avoid repeating the same gift event.
No transcript archive. Pro stores subscriber-authored fixed libraries, not TikTok chat histories.
Host permission required. Use NinePane for your own LIVE or only after the host or account owner expressly agrees.
No spam or unsolicited advertising. Repetitive promotions, high-volume commercial messages, fake engagement, harassment, and platform evasion are prohibited.

Technical refund warning
Canceling stops future renewals and never requires a video. Before you open nine panes.
Does NinePane create TikTok accounts for me?
No. Use only the accounts you need: one account per pane, from 1 to 9; nine accounts are optional. Create each legitimate email address and TikTok account yourself through TikTok’s official website or mobile app. If you create more than one, give every account its own truthful, distinct username, display name, profile image, bio, credentials, recovery information, and two-factor authentication. Complete required verification, retain access to every email, and follow the platform’s rules. NinePane does not create accounts or bypass verification.
What happens if one of the nine panes does not load?
The Connector includes a status indicator and an individual Reload control. Panes open in a staggered sequence rather than all at once. TikTok can still require a verification step or temporarily limit sign-in attempts.
Does every pane receive a different IP address?
No. NinePane does not automatically create, rotate, or disguise IP addresses. Connections use the approved network architecture available to the subscriber, and NinePane will not market tools intended to bypass platform safeguards.
Will my TikTok password be stored by NinePane?
No. Each pane uses a separate local browser profile on your computer. Third-party sign-in state remains on that computer; NinePane does not receive or synchronize your TikTok password. Closing the Connector ends its NinePane authorization but does not erase your local pane sign-in.
Can I install NinePane on more than one computer?
Yes. One subscription may register up to three Windows PCs or Apple-silicon Macs, but only one Connector may be authorized at a time. Pane sign-ins stay local and do not transfer between computers. For best reliability, assign each TikTok account to one primary NinePane computer instead of signing the same account into every NinePane installation. This can reduce login conflicts and security checks, but it cannot prevent a network-level Access Denied response.
