Service Disclaimer
What NinePane can control, what remains the subscriber's responsibility, and what may depend on TikTok, the device, browser, or network.
1. Service availability
NinePane may update its features, prices, interface, and availability. The price and material subscription terms shown during checkout govern the purchase.
2. Accounts and verification
Subscribers must create and maintain their own legitimate email and TikTok accounts. NinePane cannot guarantee login success, remembered sessions, account recovery, verification approval, or freedom from temporary sign-in limits.
One account is enough for one pane, and subscribers do not need nine accounts. Assigning each account to one primary NinePane computer may reduce device-verification and session conflicts, but cannot prevent third-party or network/CDN Access Denied responses.
3. Loading and pane recovery
Opening multiple local Connector panes at once may increase device, memory, browser, network, and third-party service load. NinePane may stagger pane starts and offer individual retry controls, but it cannot guarantee that all selected panes will load simultaneously or remain available without interruption.
4. Networks and IP addresses
NinePane does not automatically assign a different IP address to every pane and does not provide IP rotation or identity-disguising tools. Subscribers are responsible for their network and for complying with third-party security policies.
5. Comments and replies
Comment and reply assistance can misread usernames, badges, fan-club labels, gifts, screen text, language, battle states, or activity events. Duplicate protection and cooldowns reduce repetition but cannot guarantee perfect detection. Subscribers must monitor their accounts and remain responsible for every message sent.
6. Host permission and responsible use
Use NinePane only for your own accounts or LIVE sessions, or after receiving express permission from the host or account owner. You are responsible for discussing the intended use with the host, following the host's instructions, and stopping if permission is withdrawn.
Do not use NinePane for spam, unsolicited or repetitive advertising, high-volume commercial messages, artificial engagement, deceptive messages, harassment, prohibited content, or platform evasion. Promotions must be allowed by the host and platform and must include any required disclosures.
To the extent permitted by law, NinePane Studio is not responsible for subscriber-authored messages or actions, missing host permission, host or viewer disputes, content removal, account restrictions, platform enforcement, or consequences caused by misuse. NinePane may suspend suspected misuse. This limitation does not remove rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow NinePane to exclude.
7. Third-party changes
TikTok and other providers may change page layouts, browser behavior, authentication, limits, interfaces, or policies at any time. These changes can temporarily or permanently affect NinePane features without advance notice.
8. Troubleshooting and evidence
NinePane will provide detailed issue descriptions and reasonable resolution steps when a subscriber reports a problem. A technical refund request requires safe video evidence as described in the Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy. Cancellation alone never requires evidence.
9. Legal rights
This disclaimer does not exclude warranties, remedies, refunds, or other rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
